徐泉，男，博士。2023年6月毕业于陕西师范大学心理学院，获理学博士学位。2023年8月到44118太阳成城集团参加工作，研究兴趣为组织管理心理学、职业健康与安全、视觉认知、航空心理与人因等。目前共发表SCI、SSCI和CSSCI论文15篇，其中以第一作者发表论文6篇；主持中央高校基本科研项目1项，参与国家级和省部级科研项目6项，参与国家发明专利和软件著作权3项；陕西高校青年创新团队成员，获得研究生国家奖学金和校科研创新个人等荣誉称号。
